The Salomon Equipe FIS GS Race U16/U15 is a high-performance giant slalom race ski from Salomon, developed for ambitious junior racers competing at FIS level. It combines power, precision and stability to deliver consistent performance at high speeds.
Its construction features double Titanal layers, a beech and poplar wood core and full sandwich sidewalls, ensuring strong edge grip, high torsional stiffness and direct power transmission. The Power Bridge enhances stability and supports even energy distribution throughout the turn.
The ski delivers smooth running, dynamic response and precise control – perfect if you’re looking for maximum confidence and performance on hard and demanding GS courses.
Ski Construction
- Beech/Poplar Woodcore - provides stability, dynamic behaviour and balanced flex for race use
- Double Ti (0.8 mm) - Dual Titanal layers on both sides of the core improve performance on hard snow. They deliver higher precision, strong edge grip and increased responsiveness
- Full Sandwich Sidewalls - provide stability and precision. This construction enhances performance through strong edge grip and smooth snow contact
- Power Bridge - supports direct power transmission and increases stability in a race setup
- World Cup base - delivers very good glide properties for race use
- Glossy finish - provides a premium surface and protects the topsheet
