SELECT ORDER

We kindly ask you to refrain from a so-called selection order. If you are unsure about the right size or have any questions about an item, we will be happy to help you. We will also be happy to advise you if you are unable to make a decision.

By selection order, we mean an order that serves to select from several purchased items (similar items in different sizes/variants) and with the intention of keeping only one product or none at all and returning the remaining goods. We are of course aware that it is not always easy to choose the right product, but such selection orders are associated with unnecessary transportation and considerable costs for us.

We always strive to offer you, our customers, favorable prices and the greatest possible variety of products in consistent quality, but due to the selection shipments, this is becoming increasingly difficult for us. As our capacities are limited in some areas, we sometimes reorder items from our suppliers. Furthermore, items that have been sent several times may show signs of wear. These items can then no longer be sold as new and have to be sorted out by us. This is one of the reasons why we are unable to accept large orders. We therefore reserve the right to no longer accept large selection orders.
