The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. By participating in the competition, Instagram is released from any liability arising from claims in connection with the implementation of the competition (in particular its publication and organization).

The contact person and person responsible is solely the specified organizer.

Where only the masculine form is used in these Terms and Conditions of Participation, this is merely for the sake of linguistic simplification.

The following conditions of participation apply:

The participation period is stated in the entry for each competition.

The conditions for participation are described in the entry for each competition.

Each participant may only take part once. Multiple entries will result in exclusion from the competition; any exceptions will be described in the entry.

A further condition for participation in the competition is that the participant is a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and has reached the age of 18.

We reserve the right to exclude a participant from the competition, in particular if he or she provides false information, makes other manipulations or uses unauthorized aids.

The winner(s) will be determined by the following procedure:

The winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries.

Only entries submitted within the participation period will be considered for the prize determination.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel or prematurely terminate the competition at any time without notice due to unforeseen circumstances, without the participant having any claims against the organizer.

We will send the prize to the winner by post after prior notification of the address.

Participants are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.

If the prize cannot be delivered, no further inquiries will be made about the participant. If the winner does not respond within 10 days of the prize notification being sent, the claim to the prize will be forfeited.

The risk of deterioration and accidental loss shall pass to the winner upon dispatch of the prize.

Payment of the cash value of the prize or exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize is non-transferable.

Legal recourse is excluded.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany is exclusively applicable.

The invalidity of individual provisions of the conditions of participation shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.

Data protection information:

1. processing of personal data

By participating in our competition, we collect your personal data (name, contact details and email address) only to the extent provided by you. The data processing serves the purpose of the proper execution of the competition and to notify you in the event of a win.

This data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending us a message without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation. Your data will then be deleted.

If you win, your data will be passed on to a shipping company selected by us. Your data will not be passed on to third parties beyond this.

2. storage duration

We store your personal data for as long as this is necessary for the decision on the competition. Your data will then be deleted after three months at the latest, unless you have consented to further processing and use and/or we no longer have a legitimate interest in storing it.

3. rights of data subjects

If the legal requirements are met, you have the following rights under Art. 15 to 20 GDPR: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability. You also have the right to object to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and to processing for the purposes of direct marketing in accordance with Article 21(1) GDPR.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully.

Right of objection

If the personal data processing listed here is based on our legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time with effect for the future for reasons arising from your particular situation.

After an objection has been made, the processing of the data concerned will be terminated unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.
