How does Klarna work?

As soon as you have received the shipping confirmation of your order, Klarna will send you an invoice by e-mail.
The invoice amount should be paid within 30 days of the order being dispatched.
If Klarna has not received your payment by the deadline, you will automatically be sent a first reminder. After a further 7 days you will receive the second reminder with additional fees and interest due to the late payment.

The payment deadline for your invoice can be extended if no reminder has yet been sent. To extend the payment deadline, please go directly to the Klarna website https://app.klarna.com/login and select „I would like to extend my payment deadline“.

How do I return items if I have used Klarna as my payment method?

If you wish to return part or all of your order, please proceed as follows:

Your return must be registered in your customer account. Further information can be found under RETURNS.
Your return shipment must be registered with Klarna at https://app.klarna.com/login! By registering, your payment deadline will be extended by 10 days. If this period is not sufficient, you can also extend the period by clicking on „I would like to extend my payment period“.
As soon as the return has been checked and processed at our warehouse, Klarna will automatically update your invoice and send you a confirmation. As a customer you have to pay for the products you have kept as well as the return costs if our return label was used!
If you have returned your order in full, you will receive an updated invoice from Klarna after checking and booking the return, which only contains the return costs.

I have returned part of my order, what is the next step?

If you have only returned part of your order, Klarna will not update the invoice, but it is necessary to register your intention to return the products both on our website (more information under RETURNS) and on Klarna’s website https://app.klarna.com/login.

From the moment of notification on Klarna’s website, the payment period for your invoice will be extended by 10 days. You only have to pay for the products you have kept. If you have used our return label for the return shipment, you must also bear the costs of the return shipment. For more information about our return costs, please see RETURN COSTS.
