PayPal

You can also pay for orders directly with the online payment system PayPal. At the end of the order process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. If you are already a customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you can also register as a guest and pay by direct debit or credit card. As soon as you have confirmed your payment details, you will be automatically redirected back to the store.

Credit card

If you choose to pay by credit card, you will enter your credit card details into a secure, encrypted payment form during the ordering process. We do not store your credit card details. Your credit card will be charged immediately after you have completed your order. In some cases, an authorisation may be taken first before the final charge is processed.

Depending on the credit card provider, an additional security check (e.g. 3D Secure) may be required for authentication.

Purchase on account with Klarna

The principle is simple: you have 14 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. You only pay once you have received the goods. You shop in a relaxed manner, complete your order and check the products at home in peace.
The invoice is sent by email. You can view all invoices at any time in the Klarna app.
If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can „report a problem“ in the Klarna app so that your invoice is paused until the issue has been resolved with us.

Installment purchase with Klarna

If you have opted for flexible installment purchase with Klarna, you can pay your invoice of up to €500 at your own pace. All orders for which you choose flexible installment purchase are collected on a monthly statement. This is always sent in the middle of the month. If you are using the installment purchase payment method for the first time, Klarna will send you the first statement in the following month.

Prepayment

If you decide to pay in advance, you will receive a confirmation with our bank details by e-mail after sending the order. Please state your order number in the purpose of the transfer so that we can allocate your payment correctly. As soon as we have booked the amount of your order, the package will be sent to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 2 working days for a transaction to be completed, depending on the bank. This period may be longer for payments from abroad.

Amazon Pay

With Amazon Payments you can pay conveniently and quickly with your Amazon customer account. It’s quick, easy and secure. With Amazon Payments, payment and address information is saved and does not have to be entered again. Your payment information is secure because your account and credit card details are not passed on. You also benefit from buyer protection with Amazon Payments.
