Marker Duke PT 16 antracite/black
The Marker Duke PT 16 (DIN 6-16) is the absolute spearhead of the Royal Family series from Marker. This binding combines the first-class downhill performance of the Jester with the comfort and efficiency of a pin binding on the ascent.
At the heart of the Duke PT 16 is the innovative combination of the latest generation of the Interpivot 3 freeride heel with a robust magnesium housing and the clever Ride & Hike Toe. For the ascent, you simply fold the front part of the toe piece forward to expose the pins. To avoid additional weight on the ski, you can remove this part and stow it in your rucksack. This makes for a lighter and more agile ascent experience.
The Lock&Walk unit automatically locks the brake and offers a practical 10° climbing aid that makes climbing steep ascents child's play. Before the descent, you put the toe piece back on and activate the four-way locking system - for reliable function like a classic alpine binding.
With a stand height of just 24 mm, the Duke PT 16 enables direct power transmission and lightning-fast edge changes, which you will appreciate in demanding terrain. And thanks to its multi-standard compatibility, the binding fits alpine, touring and GripWalk soles - maximum flexibility for every situation on the mountain.
The Marker Duke PT 16 is the perfect choice for freeriders who don't want to compromise - neither on the descent nor on the ascent.
