SKI ALPINE GRIP SYSTEMS

Which system is right for you depends on your individual needs. The classic PAS system offers an adjustable strap that is permanently attached to the grip and is particularly suitable for beginners and traditional skiers.
Trigger systems enable quick clipping in and out of gloves or straps, ensuring direct power transfer and maximum control. The alpine trigger variants (Trigger S / Trigger 3D) can release during a fall, reducing the risk of injury. In addition, the pole will not get lost on the lift.
Trigger poles are compatible with all trigger gloves and straps – ideal for skiers who value comfort and performance.

PAS-SYSTEM

All Leki Alpine poles have a joint-friendly correction zone (PAS = Positive Angle System) built into the pole. It tilts the handle so that the design allows for a natural wrist position when using the pole. This means freedom of movement in the wrist to react to the forces exerted by hard ground or impacts on the wrist. Depending on the grip, this can be up to 8 degrees.

TRIGGER SYSTEM

The Trigger System gives you more control through a direct connection between your hand and the pole. Quickly clicking in and out is no problem. All Alpine Trigger straps and gloves are compatible with all Alpine Trigger poles.

The Trigger 3D offers innovative, three-dimensional triggering and expands the triggering range of the previous Trigger S system fourfold. Despite the new technology, the system remains fully compatible with all existing Trigger S gloves and straps.

The connection is made either via Trigger S straps or Trigger S gloves, both of which have a loop between the thumb and index finger and click into the entry console.
