The Atomic Backland XTD Carbon 120 with hard flex is ideal for ambitious skiers who want an all-round touring boot with strong downhill performance and high efficiency on the ascent.
It has a medium-width 100mm last and optimally transmits the skier's power even on wider touring skis. In addition, the foot can move naturally on the ascent without sacrificing safe and powerful rock hold. The Prolite technology with a thin profile and reinforcements where stability is required makes the boot light and robust. The shell construction, which is open at the top and partly overlapping, facilitates entry and exit and encloses the foot compactly. In addition, the shell, cuff and inner shoe can be individually adjusted with the Memory Fit thermal adjustment. The breathable, washable, PVC-free 3D Platinum Tour liner provides a premium fit as well as efficient climate control. 74º of cuff mobility allows absolutely natural freedom of movement for smooth ascents. And the full-length touring-standard rubber sole is compatible with the Atomic Shift as well as all MN, MNC and Pin bindings.
