The Skull Dura Comp Mips is fully certified for racing and features the innovative Race-Lock dial adjustment for a completely secure fit at very high speeds. It offers the comfort that allows the rider to concentrate fully on racing without being distracted by the equipment. The helmet is moulded for a consistent fit over the entire head, without any pressure points, and features a flexible EPP liner for added protection.
MIPS provides increased rotational impact protection, and a VPD deflector plate absorbs the energy of repeated impacts against the gates so the helmet's liner can properly protect your head in a fall. The FIS RH 2013 certified model features aramid penetration protection and ear pads that can be easily removed after a fall, making it easier to remove the helmet safely. Ear chambers support improved balance, and the helmet is fully compatible with the Maxilla Breakaway chin guard.
