The PIEPS SET Powder Sport includes the POWDER BT avalanche transceiver, the T640 telescopic avalanche shovel and the ALU 260 SPORT probe.
The PIEPS POWDER BT is the high-performance avalanche transceiver with connectivity to the PIEPS APP. It ensures perfect marking performance thanks to precise signal processing without performance restrictions. The influence of external interference sources is eliminated or reduced to a minimum thanks to the PIEPS Interference Protection. As soon as the unit is at rest for a certain time (burial), it automatically switches from search mode to transmission mode.
The PIEPS SHOVEL T640 telescopic is the perfect shovel for ski touring in the medium and high mountains. The T-handle with oval shovel handle prevents twisting in the hand when shovelling. The Quick Lock system connects the handle and shovel blade without pressing a button.
The newly designed PIEPS ALU SPORT is a throwing shovel that is simple and easy to stretch. The probe can be fixed compactly with the help of the elastic closure buckle. The quick-release fastener locks the probe in place.
